1. I am running sports performance camp this week in Waltham, Mass on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 630-8pm
In these sports performance camps, we will go through:
· An assessment to pick up on weakness and pre-cursors
· Proper warm up
· Why glute and hip activation is so important
· Deceleration Training
· Strength training
· Speed Training
· How rest and recovery play into injuries
