I put together a 90 second video on how resistance bands and body weight are what you will use and need for the 6 week training program
You can do these workouts at your house, on the court, at the track. You can do them anywhere, so you have no excuse why we or our athletes aren’t training this fall season and getting ready for basketball
I will be give training sessions that can be 20-30 minutes in length, but also give the 5 in 5 series each week, if the athlete is pressed for time
Remember, there is an exercise library of over 225 instructional videos that were professionally done (this cost me $2000 to make)
